It was in a central setting close to town centre. Besides, it was really close to Nuneaton, an excellent Indian restaurant, and shops. There was splendid food, the staff was approachable.
The hotel staff was unwelcoming.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops, a local chippy, an Indian restaurant, and a nice pub. I had a pleasant dining experience at Jabberwocky, which is within walking distance from the hotel. - the breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable, with superb food served.

The staff here were really friendly and kind. the room was quite big and the bed was super comfy, so I had a great night's sleep 😊. the breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from.
